Meet your coach
Meet the heart behind Align Collective
Founder, Align Collective · Registered Nurse background · Certified by Health Coach Institute
Book a Free 20-Minute CallI do not coach from a textbook. I coach with room for the real life underneath the goal.
Align Collective was built for the part of change that most people are left to carry alone: the daily decisions, the honest patterns, the exhaustion under the plan, and the steady practice of becoming someone who can live differently.
The coaching relationship is practical and deeply human. You bring the life you are actually living. Together, we name what needs to change and build a next step small enough to practice, even on the weeks that do not cooperate.
Background and training
Where the clinical and the personal meet
Most health coaches come from one of two directions: clinical training with no behavior-change methodology, or behavior-change training with no clinical grounding. Align Collective brings both lenses while staying clearly inside the coaching scope.
How I work
Five things I believe about this work
You are one person, not three problems.
Body, mind, and spirit are not separate departments. When one is struggling, the others already know. We work on all of it.
Honest scope, every time.
I use evidence-based methods and I stay firmly inside what coaching is. When you need a physician or a therapist, I will say so plainly and help you find one.
Empathy and accountability, together.
You will be met with compassion. You will also be held to the goals you set. Both of those are what care looks like.
Faith-rooted, faith-respectful.
My faith shapes how I see whole-person health. Your coaching is led by you. Faith is part of the conversation only if you want it to be.
Honest economics.
Prices are published. There is no upsell at the end of a free call and no pressure in a vulnerable season.
Why here, and why now
Texas has more designated mental health professional shortage areas than any state in the country. Here in Gregg County, rates of depression and mental distress run above the state average, and the providers we do have are booked out for months.
That gap does not get closed by one more brochure about self-care. It gets closed by real people getting real support in the ordinary weeks of their lives - the kind of support that fits between a shift, a school pickup, and a Wednesday night at church.
That is why Align Collective is here, and why it is here in Longview.

One conversation. No pressure. No cost.
The free 20-minute call is a conversation, not a sales pitch. You describe what is going on, and you get an honest answer about whether coaching is the right next step for you — even if the answer is no.
