Longview, Texas · Virtual across Texas
You already know what needs to change. Let's build the life where it actually happens.
Health and wellness coaching for people carrying more than they can keep carrying. Body, mind, and spirit - treated as one system, not three separate problems.
Registered Nurse background · Certified by Health Coach Institute · Sessions via Zoom

You're not imagining it
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
"I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do and I still feel exhausted."
"I know what I should be eating. Knowing hasn't been the problem."
"I take care of everyone else. I'm the last thing on my own list."
"I fall asleep fine. Then I'm awake at 3 a.m. with my whole life in my head."
"I've started over so many times I've stopped believing I'll finish."
"I don't need therapy. I need someone to help me actually change something."
You do not need more information. You need a plan that fits your actual life - and someone in it with you while you build it.
Meet your coach
A grounded partner for the part that happens after the advice.
The hardest part is rarely knowing what would help. The hard part is Tuesday at 6 p.m., when you are tired and the plan feels impossible.
That is the part Align Collective is built for: practical, compassionate support for turning intention into daily rhythms that can actually hold.
Simple by design
Three steps. That's the whole process.
We talk - free, 20 minutes
You tell me what is going on. I tell you honestly whether coaching is the right next step, or whether something else would serve you better. There is no pitch at the end of this call.
We build your plan
Together we name the outcome that actually matters to you and break it into steps small enough that you will do them on your hardest week - not just your best one.
We do the work - together
We meet on Zoom on a rhythm that fits your life. You leave every session with one clear next action, and you do not have to hold yourself accountable alone.

An honest distinction
Coaching isn't therapy, and it isn't medical care.
All three matter. They just do different jobs. Here's how to tell which one you need - and it is completely normal to need more than one at a time.
Your Doctor
Focus
Diagnosing and treating conditions
Looks at
Labs, symptoms, medication
A Therapist
Focus
Healing what's behind you
Looks at
Past experience, trauma, mental health conditions
A Health Coach
Focus
Building what's in front of you
Looks at
Daily habits, goals, follow-through
If our first conversation makes clear that a therapist or a physician is what you actually need, I will tell you - and I will help you figure out where to go. That happens regularly, and it is a good outcome, not a failed one.
Client stories will be added here only after written permission is on file.

Questions people ask first
How do I know if I am a good fit for coaching?+
The free 20-minute discovery call exists for exactly this question. It is a conversation, not a sales pitch. You describe what is going on; I give you an honest assessment of whether coaching is the right next step — or whether you would be better served by therapy, medical care, or another resource. Plenty of discovery calls end in a referral, and that is a good outcome, not a failed one.
What happens on the first call?+
Twenty minutes on Zoom. You talk, I listen and ask questions, and at the end I tell you plainly what I would recommend — a package, a cohort, or a different kind of provider entirely. Then you go think about it. No one decides on the call.
How is health coaching different from therapy?+
Therapy treats mental illness, processes past trauma, and addresses clinical conditions — work that requires a licensed counselor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Health coaching is forward-focused: building the daily habits, mindsets, and behaviors that support a fuller life. They are complementary, not competing. Many people benefit from both at the same time, and I refer to therapists regularly.
Are sessions in person or online?+
All sessions are virtual via Zoom, which means no commute, no waiting room, and the ability to work with clients anywhere in Texas — not just Longview. Phone sessions are available if you would rather not be on video.
Do you take insurance?+
Health coaching is not currently billable through most insurance carriers, so the practice operates on a private-pay basis — which also means no diagnosis on your record and no insurance company in the room. Some clients can use HSA or FSA funds; check with your plan administrator.
A note on scope.
Align Collective provides health and wellness coaching. Coaching is not medical care, mental health treatment, or psychotherapy, and it does not replace the care of your physician or licensed mental health provider. Align Collective does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or adjust medications, or provide therapy. If what you are facing calls for clinical care, I will tell you directly and help you find the right provider. Read the full scope statement →
